Fair dealing allows each classroom teacher, who possesses an original manual, to copy the required number of sheets, at a ratio of one sheet per student, in the classroom, for each level of the Magic Words, the accompanying certificates, the Magic Words Recognition Test Record Forms and the associated literacy activities.
