Workshop - Magic Words are the most important words, making up, on average, 70% of all words in reading and writing.
Teachers will gain knowledge of which are the critical strategies in learning to read and write. Using evidence-based instruction and best practice, participants will experience ways to enhance the six core principles of reading - oral language, vocabulary, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency and comprehension, using Magic Words to:
- rapidly improve reading and writing
- increase fluency
- develop comprehension
