Australia wide postage is Free for all orders over $50.
Australian orders under $50 - postage and handling is a flat rate of $9.95 per order.
Express Post is available, Australia wide at a flat rate of $19.95
If you choose "Express Post" for the freight method, this relates to the Express Post service only, however we still need time to package your order, which is usually one to two business days after it has been ordered.
School Orders can be placed online, or via phone or email and the order will be sent with an invoice.

Fill in the school details, address, phone number and Purchase Order number if needed.
Billing Options - select 'school invoice'
An invoice will be sent with your order.
Orders must be received by Sunday 15th of December 2024 if delivery before Christmas is required (this is not guaranteed as Australia Post suggest 7-10 working days).

MWI aims to resolve all issues within 14 days of advice.
If a damaged product has been authorized for return, it must be returned in the original condition and packaging where applicable, for a replacement to be sent.
Where a resource is sealed, it must remain sealed to receive a replacement.
MWI will not issue replacements for any seal that has been cut, product that has been copied, modified, or reworked in any way.
If your product has been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and damaged product and return to us.
Students who are eligible for support in learning to read and write may claim the Magic Words Literacy Resources for school and home use under their NDIS funding.
