Returns Policy

Magic Words International Pty Ltd (MWI) aims to provide an easy and enjoyable online experience.

MWI guarantees that all products are in perfect condition when leaving the premises. Only the best freight services are used, and customers are always welcome to contact us regarding questions, queries, or concerns.

Complaints

All questions, queries, complaints, or concerns must be reported to the MWI office within 14 days of receipt of the products.

All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner.

MWI aims to resolve all issues within 14 days of advice.

If a damaged product has been authorized for return, it must be returned in the original condition and packaging where applicable, for a replacement to be sent.

Where a resource is sealed, it must remain sealed to receive a replacement.

MWI will not issue replacements for any seal that has been cut, product that has been copied, modified, or reworked in any way. 

If your product has been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and damaged product and return to us.

NDIS Participants - If the grievance still cannot be resolved, the matter may be referred to the NDIS Commission https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/

Delivery - ​We will not accept returned goods sent C.O.D.  
The cost of the return postage and insurance is the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise authorized.

The buyer is solely responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of the products once they have been delivered.  Delivery is deemed complete once the item is registered as delivered by freight services.

Privacy Policy

MWI understands the need for a system of security that ensures users’ personal information is not compromised in any way. MWI uses industry standard security measures to safeguard the held personal. The database systems store personal information in secure environments that safeguard it from misuse, wrongful disclosure, alteration or destruction.
MWI cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted via the internet; although every best endeavour is made to do so. MWI will not be liable in any way in relation to any breach of security during internet transmissions of personal information, including but not limited to, any unintended loss, misuse, or disclosure of that information.

The open nature of the internet means no data transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. While MWI strives to protect all information, it cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted or received from online purchases. Therefore, these activities are conducted at the users own risk. Once information is received, every best effort is made to ensure its security.

MWI has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under its control. These include a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to systems and maintenance of registration information in a separate database. Although all reasonable care is exercised in providing secure transmission of information between devices and servers, MWI cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted over the Internet and cannot accept liability for any unintentional disclosure. MWI protects the transmission of credit card information through industry standard, Secure Socket Layer encryption - SSL.

The Privacy Policy details the measures undertaken by MWI to protect privacy in connection with the use of the website. 

MWI gathers user information to provide a customized experience on the website. User information helps tailor the content, services, goods, and advertising to current and future needs. For this reason, MWI may ask users to register or to provide personal information when ordering products or subscribing.

Email:
When registering with the MWI website or purchasing products, from time to time MWI may e-mail with messages about services or third-party products and services that may be of interest to users, such as new products, features, services, special offers and updated information. The information may contain code that enables tracking users’ usage of the information, including whether the email was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked. MWI will combine that information with other stored information to improve the user experience and/or provide customized e-mail communications. In addition, if registering on the website or purchasing products users may automatically receive emails confirming registration and/or purchase. Apart from the emails just described relating to the purchase of a product, users may opt-out of receiving emails from MWI.

Registration:
When registering, MWI asks for an email address, a user selected username, and other information. Once registered, a user can update their profile and may be able to provide additional preferential information (e.g. a member name, a nickname, and certain user preferences).

Order Forms and Products Store:
MWI may use an order form for users to request information, purchase products, and request services. User's contact information is collected (email, phone number and delivery address) and necessary financial information to process the order (i.e. credit card number). Contact information from the order (including email) is used to deliver digital products and information from MWI. MWI may use third parties to accept and process orders and credit card purchases for products, including software.

IP Address:
All communication on the internet takes place between pairs of IP Addresses. Web servers log the IP address from any connection. MWI may use these IP addresses to help diagnose technical problems or prevent abuse of systems or other website users. Users IP address may also be used to gather aggregate demographic data and target advertisements accordingly.

Cookies:
A "cookie" is a small line of text that is stored in a web browser for record-keeping purposes and to help provide better services. A browser has options to accept, reject, or provide notice when a cookie is sent. MWI uses cookies to save passwords (in an encrypted format) on devices for a customized experience. MWI uses cookies to deliver content specific to interests and to track downloads and purchases from the MWI website.

Links to Other Sites:
MWI website contains links, including banner and other ads, to other websites. MWI is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. MWI website may also link to websites that feature MWI trademarks, services, and products. Users are responsible for ensuring the privacy policy on cobranded websites.


Information from Other Sources:

For reasons such as improving user experience and providing customized communications to users, information from third party sources and web logs (see the "Web Logs" section below) may be collected and added to existing information.

Web logs:
Web logs automatically record anything a web server sees, which may include email addresses entered or pages viewed by a user at a particular IP address. If the user has selected opt out, MWI will not use the information from web logs for marketing. A registered user of the MWI website may receive email communication to inform about content, products, or services in accordance with email options.

Sharing Information:

MWI will not share personally identifiable information with third parties, aside from entities that perform services, such as fulfilling orders or processing payment. Each third party website is either bound to comply with MWI Privacy Policy or have privacy policies that protect personal information in accordance with the law. As stated, and whether or not you have opted-in, MWI may use third parties to accept and process orders for products.
However, MWI may disclose information provided if required to do so by law or if a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process served on MWI; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of MWI; or (3) act in an emergency to protect someone's safety.

Privacy Options:

If providing an email address, and do not select opt out from receiving email, MWI may email information.

Archived Information:
MWI maintains archives of its web logs, database, and other systems and information. Please note that it is possible some of this information may remain archived after MWI deletes the information from its active database. MWI maintains archives for disaster recovery, legal and other non-marketing purposes.

Updating Profile:
To assist in maintaining the accuracy of profiles users may notify change of address, title, phone number, or email at any time.
